You can keep your sourdough loaf in the bag that it was purchased in.  Do not store it in the refrigerator.  A sharp, serrated knife is recommended to slice the loaf.  Once it is sliced you should store it cut side down on a cutting board.  It should keep for 3-4 days depending on the type of bread.  Leftover bread makes wonderful breadcrumbs or croutons for soups and salads.

Currently there are only a few items that are gluten free, such as macarons and the variety of muffins.  Gluten free bread is currently unavailable, however, this is subject to change.
